Subdreamer CMS

This is an important security upgrade. Thanks to our customer "xBlade" who found and reported 3 security holes found in previous versions of Subdreamer, this release patches all 3 holes. Here is the full list of changes:

New: Articles comment count now displayed in front-end.
New: CSS for bbcode quote & code.
New: [PLUGIN_NAME] VAR to the new page content editor.

Fixed: 3 important admin security holes.
Fixed: header warning for moderators.
Fixed: CSS issue with comments.
Fixed: Branding Issues (use the new branding.php.new).
Fixed: Forum online/offline status.
