IMPORTANT: THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR, IF PURCHASED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED BY OR FOR AN ENTITY, AN ENTITY) AND SUBDREAMER, LLC. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND USING THE SOFTWARE. BY SELECTING THE DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL NOW BUTTON AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THEN DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.
# Definitions
1. "Subdreamer" means Subdreamer, LLC.
2. "Software" means only the Subdreamer software.
# General
1. 'Powered by Subdreamer' or 'Website Created by Subdreamer' must remain visible and hyperlinked to http://www.subdreamer.com. This public branding may not be removed unless you have purchased the Branding Free Option from the Subdreamer.com website. The Branding Free Script must be purchased for each site (license) that it will be executed on.
2. All copyright notices in the Software may not be removed with the exception of what the Branding Free Script removes.
3. All customers must enter their website's URL where the Software is being (or will be) used. The URL can be submitted in the downloads area of Subdreamer.com.
# License Restrictions
1. You may not make or distribute copies of the Software.
2. You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
3. You shall not use the Software to develop any software or other technology having the same primary function as the Software, including but not limited to using the Software in any development or test procedure that seeks to develop like software or other technology, or to determine if such software or other technology performs in a similar manner as the Software.
4. A Subdreamer license provides you with the right to use the Software to create only one website (one installation) for an unlimited period of time. For each installed instance of the Software, a separate license is required.
5. In the event that you fail to comply with this License Agreement, be aware that you may lose your license and may face legal actions for Software Piracy.
6. A Subdreamer license can be transferred to a new owner for a fee of $20.00 USD providing the license has not been transferred within the last 6 months. The fee for the license transfer can be changed without notice.
# Subdreamer Refunds
Subdreamer offers non-tangible irrevocable goods and services and DOES NOT issue refunds after the product has been downloaded and/or installed. This policy is to deter fraudulent orders/piracy and costly chargeback's so that we can keep our prices as low as possible. We encourage all parties interested in purchasing the software to fully explore its features and requirements before purchasing. Please contact us directly with any and all questions. Refunds are handled solely at the discretion of Subdreamer. For any unforeseen technical issues, please submit a support ticket for a resolve.
# Disclaimer of Warranty
1. Subdreamer is not liable for the content of any website created with the Software.
2. The Software is sold "As Is". You must assume the entire risk of using the program.
3. ANY LIABILITY OF SUBDREAMER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
# Rights to Update and Change the License Agreement
1. Subdreamer has the right to update and change the license agreement at any time.
