format a page with severial sub categories

I want to make a page (eg. Article). Under this category, I want to have different topic (eg. topic A, topic B, topic C), just like your forum. How do I do this?

Just like my forum? You mean you want a forum for your site?

simialr to your forum, but i don't want to be a forum, but just put the news in different categories.

You could create 4 categories for 4 sections of news, and turn off menu item so they aren't shown in the menu. Then create a custom plugin linking to these 4 sections.
