adding plugins

can i add as many plugins as i want?
or does it depend on the skin?

Each skin can come with multiple designs.
Each design has a limit on the amount of plugins it can hold.

Technically you could add more plugins to a design if you edited the design file. Although that would require some programming knowledge.
